Consent to the processing of personal data

To achieve the above purposes, the Operator has the right to engage third parties to process personal data, which may include*:

• affiliated members of the Operator's group of companies;
• service providers for information and marketing interaction, as well as organizations that carry out analytical processing of data about website visitors, including but not limited to:

This consent is valid from the moment it is provided until the purposes of processing personal data are achieved or until it is revoked by the User.

Consent may be revoked by sending a written statement to the Operator at its location address or to the email address specified on the website.

The User confirms that they have read the Operator's Personal Data Processing Policy posted on the website and accept its terms.

* The engagement of third parties for the processing of Personal Data may only be carried out provided that such parties process Personal Data in the minimum necessary composition and solely to achieve the specified Purposes, and also provided that such parties ensure the confidentiality and security of Personal Data during their processing. In the event that third parties fail to comply with these conditions, they will be liable based on their contractual obligations to the Operator and/or in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.
